What is deadlock?

Locked, also known as bite. The specific performance is that the screw and the nut are stuck during the tightening process, and
cannot be screwed in or out, and cause a series of serious consequences, which has long been a problem that has troubled the stainless steel fastener industry.

How to prevent deadlock?

Follow correct usage

1. The length of the bolt should be selected properly, subject to 1-2 pitches of the nut after tightening.

2. The tensile strength of the bolt and the safety load of the nut meets the design requirements.

3. Keep the product thread clean before use. If the thread is damaged, at least the nut can pass smoothly.

4. When tightening the nut, the force applied by the wrench must be perpendicular to the axis of the bolt, and must not be inclined.

5. Use a torque wrench, the torque value is within the safe torque range (refer to the product packaging bottom box), and the force is evenly applied during the rotation.
